The Transpersonal Retreat is a powerful and focused approach to personal coaching and therapy that allows you to dive deeply into your challenges and achieve results faster than with traditional methods. Step away from the hustle of everyday life to focus entirely on your own growth and well-being to gain fresh perspectives and clarity on your goals and desires.
Over at least three days, you’ll engage in intensive sessions spread throughout the mornings and afternoons. Each session will last about two hours so we can dive deeply and take our time reviewing. These sessions are spread across mornings and afternoons to allow time to reflect, absorb new insights, and unwind. About a month after the retreat, we’ll have a follow-up session online to review your progress and refine the work we did.
