Individual Sessions

In your first session, we’ll work to identify the key themes currently shaping your life—both positive and negative aspects. Instead of just discovering what’s not working, it’s good to identify what is working. Together, we’ll uncover insights, map out a clear path forward, and determine the number of sessions needed to achieve your goals. Most clients find success in three to ten sessions, but many people continue on regularly with weekly or monthly sessions to keep exploring their own inner psychology, which has tremendous benefits.
